TS2010EE Problems!

I have just installed service packs 1 and 2. 1 installed fine, but I accidentally closed out the service pack 2 installer partway through because I thought it was frozen. Now when I try to do the install again, it says asset appears to have already been moved: Patching aborted!:'( :'( :'( :'( Anybody out there have a solution? Also, my launch screen doesn't work. I have a Dell Optiplex 360 With W7 64 bit with an Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT.

Only way out of that problem is reinstall from scratch, half the files will have been changed so the patcher won't recognise them when it runs again and as you have found out aborts..
When patching the best thing is to go away and leave it for a few hours like overnight, that removes the temptation to cancel it, progress bar only moves in the last few minutes of what could be upwards of an hour or longer depending on how many assets you have and the capability of your PC, disk space and what if anything else is running at the same time.
