TS2010

I see from the post that there is a 20% reduction in the price of TS2010 for those who pre-ordered TS2009.

Is there to be any reduction for thos of us who Have bought TS2009 + 3 add-ons + TC3 but did not pre-order?
Thanks
Geoff

Steam loco physics?

Are there any improvements to the steam loco physics in 2010?

I am not particularly interested in vast amounts of new routes etc but would like the simulator to behave as a simulator should.

Bill.

I can't believe it's about to be released

It looks like it could have improved steam physics. If it does, then I'll probably buy it. I see that it has "Improved graphics for content". I hope it turns out good because it looks promising.

Compatbaility mode ?

Does 2010 retain "Compatability Mode" for pre 2009 content ? The features blurb mentions only 2009 content compatability.

Steam physics have been fine since TC3. The Settle and Carlisle pack for TS2009 has put right the sound issue caused by SP2.

Apart from dampers, the options of a boiler feed pump and exhaust steam injector, and some consequences for not using cylinder draincocks, there's not much seriously amiss that I can think of.

I agree that some clarification of the isuue of legacy content would be useful - there's not anywhere near enough content to go native yet!

Compatibility is still there in 2010, question was answered by Windwalker a while back either on here or trainzdev.
