TS2010 Serial Number required

I have tried two different ways of downloading the "NSWGR 80 class bogie". From the TS2010 content manager download station I get the message "Unable to download NSWGR 80 Class Bogie. Couldn't obtain a download URL. Item cannot be found on the Download Station." From the Trainz Download Station I get a message that the "TS2012 Serial Number required". Does anyone know what is wrong or how I can get around this problem.

It sounds like you're trying to download an asset for a later version of Trainz, which cannot be done. Also, I'm guessing you mean TS2009 SP4 as you do not have TS2010 registered.

I just had a look, it is made for 12, and there are no obsolete versions before it.

Beginning to think people need to start putting for TS12 Only in the description or on the Thumbnails until N3V hopefully get round to sorting this out.

thats not fair that for asset built for ts 2009 or ts 2010 but its dependency is made for ts 12 and we need ts 12 serial of ts 12 to download dependency.atleast dependency should be independennt of serial key though the main asset if requires ts 12 key then thats lil fair but for dependency of ts 2009 or ts 2010 asset its totally unfair

You would need to contact the creator and get them to reupload the asset with a lower trainz-build.

The asset was not built for 2009 or 2010 =- its just that I stuffed up the config - it was made for TS12

there is about 4 diffrent versions
