i need help with ts2009 cmp.it won't download

I've been having the same problem since they changed servers

try going into your profile and changing your password it sometimes works

I have the same problem, I cant seem to get the green light happening. I get the green light for the search part but nothing on the download section. I tried retyping my password and have tried the internet connection options but nothing will work. I have a 1st class ticket that is still current.
