I have been having extreme difficulty installing patches to my TS12 aplication Build number 46957. Shane Turner very kindly offered me some advice on what to try but in replying to him I seemed to have lost the entire thread before I had time to apply the suggestions. So as a result I am stiff running round like a headless cheicken trying to attempt what I realise should be a simple task Any help appreciated.
