TS12 Content Manager problems

i went out and bought TS12 today, installed it, registered it online and when i go to the content manager it says i have not registered my serial number when i clearly did!! can some1 plz help me:(

One hint the best place to ask questions about TS12 is in the TS12 area of the forums:D
 
The usual culprit here is firewall software.

Make sure Trainz has access to the Internet.

You will also need to enter your username and password in the Options dialog (click Options on the Launcher to access this)
