TS10 keeps crashing

Ok guys indeed help ASAP TS10 keeps crashing everytime i try to work on a particular route it works fine on other routes. All these problems just started like a couple hours ago and I'm kinda getting ticked off please help
Hi Susan,

This could mean something is wrong with the content you have placed on your route. If you can go back to a previous version, I hope you have a backup, before this started you should be fine.

Ok well like i said it was workinf fine 24hr ago and this after noon it did a database thing which its doing again now and some routes work just fine but this particular route i need to work just gets stuck on the loading screen and it forces me to shutdown my computer
