TS 2019 routes with good scenery, long runs possible?

Hello everyone.

What I'm looking for is a route (or routes) with good to very-good scenery, with long runs possible (not a round-the loop model railroad layout type route), one that installs and works well in TS 2019 Build 105096. Anybody know of such routes?

I'm thinking of something Eastern or Midwest US flavor, but that criteria is optional.

I want something where I can run something like N3V's new PRR Broadway Limited at speed for a while, switching vantage points from locomotive to that fantastic observation car, to just enjoy the "train ride experience".
