TS 12: Trees disappear only in areas sprayed with lawn in paint mode.

I just noticed this. It has never happened before. Trees placed in other areas remain intact.
This is while in Surveyor. I will have to see if this happens in a Session.

Funny thing is, I left my PC for about 15 minutes, came back and now my trees returned to
my lawn areas again.

depending on the texture and camera angle and viewer settings objects will fade in and out...may also check your graphic card not goin bad.....as a last resort....

This is graphics load balancing kicking in. In TS2010 and up this was introduced to prevent some assets from killing the game and causing crashes. Older content will make trees and some objects completely disappear. With TS12 it's not as bad except when there are some really, bad assets in there such as the old billboard trees which don't render properly. What you are seeing is the scene being redrawn as you have added assets. As you rotate your camera around too, you will see the display redraw and load up assets. Believe it or not, this issue was resolved, or at least it's less of an issue in the new Trainz version, T:ANE which has just come out.
