Trying to perfect an engine spec for the Pennsylvania Railroad S1

I've been working on making a decent Engine Spec for the Pennsylvania Railroad S1 Duplex locomotive but I don't know how to increase its acceleration and power for Cab Mode.

The reason why I'm asking for help is because it has a PAINFULLY slow acceleration when starting up in Cab Mode that I'm hoping to fix/increase to an acceptable level. It seems to work just fine in DCC Mode but I like to use Cab Mode.

I'm trying to give it a decent level of acceleration along with the capability of reaching speeds surpassing 100 miles per hour (160.934 kilometers per hour) when pulling heavy passenger trains. If anyone knows what to do to make the S1 perform decently and according to these guidelines, please let me know! I'd really appreciate some help!

Keep in mind that I'm only editing the Engine Spec, not the locomotive itself.

Edit: After some testing with a fully-loaded 900+ ton passenger train consisting of twelve cars (three baggage cars and nine passenger cars), I found that it can only reach up to 54 miles per hour (86.9046 kilometers per hour) pulling said train. If anyone could teach me how to modify the Engine Spec to make the locomotive be capable of 100+ miles per hour (160.934+ kilometers per hour) with the same load in Cab Mode, I'd be very grateful!

Do you have the traction efforts (starting and continuous)? Start there. I don't know if you use Trainz Engine Editor. If you can, use it.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by that? I'm somewhat new to Trainz 2019 (I started playing in mid-July this year) and I don't quite fully understand those things yet.

Open up an engine spec for another locomotive and consult the Wiki on engine specs to see how to do it.
There's another issue I'm having with the S1. I messed with the animdist so that the S1's wheel rotation was more accurate. It works just fine with DCC Mode but Cab Mode makes the wheels turn unrealistically slow. Do you have any way to make the animdist speed apply to both DCC and Cab Mode for the driving bogey?

is there an s1 for trainz a new era? avid pennsy fan asking for a friend here
There is one in the Download Station but it is an old model and requires some significant modifications to be made into a locomotive that functions like a steam locomotive. The only other legit PRR S1 model I know of is a private model made by ThatRedFokker but I highly doubt you'll be able to convince them to give you the model. I haven't tried to ask for the model, nor do I plan to out of respect for the fact that it's meant to be a private model.
