try to launch trainz

When i try to launch trainz a blank screen comes up and says "Build 42203"

Can you give some more information?
Did trainz 2010 run in the original state?
Did you install sp 2 ( build 42203 ) for Trainz 2010?
If you did install sp 2 - then do a de-installation of SP2 ( build 42203 ).

Trainz 2010 has not run before on computer because when i click to launch it a small message comes on the screen and says Build 42203 and then nothing happens?

OK - do you have the complete DVD-installationpackage?
If not - did you download the installation package?

If you downloaded the package - there is a possibility that your install files are corrupt.

If you downloaded the package - take contact with Auran.

If you bought the dvd in a local store - contact local store
