Trs2010 Sp3 latest notice?

Is this the same Trs2010 Service pack 3 that I had downloaded months ago?
My build has been 43434 since the last download months ago.

I think the new one is to fix a couple of problems in the patcher for people who are unable to get to sp3.

I was just wondering what was up? I am hoping for a Sp4 for 2010 as it really needs one as the Trs2010 still has a lot of unsolved issues.
