TRS2010 Serial Number Problem

Hi i have just ordered and downloaded a cope of TRS2010, i am not trying to install but i cant find my Serial Number. where should i be looking for it.

Assuming it works the same as with downloading TS12 (from the orriginal store that is), the serial should be in your email and has passed by on your screen during the buying process.

the only number i got in email are
Auran Shop Invoice No. 617832-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
PayPal TransactionID: 6M614xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have tryed this and they dont work. I have seen someone say the Serial Number should but under the download link but there is nothing there ever

The serial number should be in your Order History if it has not been received in a seperate email from N3V.

Click on the correct order number in the Order History to access the correct page.

thats the first place i looked there is nothing there

That's concerning. You may need to contact N3V by sending them a Helpdesk ticket.

Be aware that the Helpdesk is operating at a reduced capacity.
