TRS2009 help please

If there's no build number on the opening page (it should be bottom right hand corner) you've probably had a faulty install. When I completed my new build PC I went for a new download of TRS2009 and it installed and patched perfectly first time. Before I had tried moving it from my old PC and I had similar problems to what you are having.
You also need to make sure you are running it as Administrator.

Hi Chris,
With tha raw version of TS2009 you will find the build number at the bottom right of the screen AFTER you click start in the launcher. It's only afer updates you find it on the launcher screen.
Just to add a bit to lewisner's post, make sure your antivirus is switched off when installing too.

Hi,
just to add that it usually takes the Content manager 24 hours or so to download a new list of the DLS items - it's quite normal for the DLS contents to appear blank just after installation.
