So I've tried running TRS06 on my new laptop and I can't seem to be able to download Anything. I've switched the permissions and still get the Error msg. Unable to register Trainz URL key. ??????? Any suggestions? Please?

Set the permissions on Content Manager to be Run as Administrator. You can create a short-cut to Content Manager from where it's installed, and run it seperately from the Launcher. I've done this all along as I find it has better performance.

If this still gives you trouble, try reinstalling the program outside of the Program Files directory tree i.e. c:\Auran\TS2010 instead of C:\Program Files (x86) Auran\TS2010

If you don't have a FCT you can't access the DLS using TRS2006.

I've changed it to administrator and changed other files ccp, trs2006, trainzutil, trainz, ect. And I can not download anything still. I've been taking this problem head on for about 14 hours and am having no luck. I've tried talkin to other that I know on other sites and everyone seems to tell me the same thing and I keep doing the same thing with the same result: Error. Unable to register Trainz URL key. I've even watched videos on youtube and still nothing. This is driving me crazy lol.
