TRS19 will not launch

My TRS19 will not launch. I'm thinking I have a corupt file in the "system32" folder. What files are in the "system32" folder?

What exact version of Windows are you using?
Is it 32 or 64 bit?

All versions of Windows 10 64 bit will have a System 32 folder. It contains a very large number of essential OS files to run your applications, whether 32 bit or not.
Suggest gp9 should use Process Explorer and/or Event Viewer to troubleshoot the reasons behind the non-performance of TRS19.exe.
Did this program ever launch successfully following installation? If not, then you most likely have an incomplete or corrupt install.
