TRS installing

I have for many months tried to "enjoy" TRS 2019 (also Nera) but have not come to terms with some of the way Surveyor now works.
Anyway I am trying to install TRS2012 (which I think in the best).
I have installed from Disc and run trains then patched according to the Shane Turner list and started Trains after each patch.
The patch 49922 to 57720 stops about halfway and will not fully install. Then of course when trying to start trains - will not launch.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi Ron. TS12 Surveyor has pretty much the same functionality as TRS19 except for the new features (such as additional Bulk Replace etc). TS12 is really a long way behind in every other aspect of performance, stability, graphics, function.
