Next time I have a train go walkabout I shall check that but I think it would suggest that if one issue was to be resolved the other would go with it.
A couple of years ago I had a similar issue whereby random trains would stop about half a base boards width distance from an invisible passenger station. Manually drive the train through the station and it would carry on the schedule. Replace the station with a track mark and it functioned OK. Over a few weeks with loads of help from other members I think the whole line was rebuilt, trains replaced and re-scheduled, stations relocated and so forth but it was never resolved. Today it stands as an abandoned station with only though traffic and ghost like memories that this one beat us all. Peter
