TRS 12

Whats up with Auran? I purchased TRS 12 a week ago as a download, it won't download, tells me it's an invalid download. I submitted a ticket with the help desk did I get a reply not a dickybird. Now I am kind of peed off I want my money back anyone know how to go about this? Thanks Keith :'(

Your'e showing that you have 12. Did you get a email confirming the payment and giving you a register number. If so, go into auran serial number and enter it. Should find the download accessable then.

Yes I have already tried the link I recieved in the e-mail Tells me it's an invalid download. Tried the links in order history part 1 part 2 etc using my order number, browser says it can't display the web page. Don't know what else to try. Yes they took payment almost immediately. Keith

Yes I have a download manager it doesn't help the links do not work.

JUst tried my download link and had no trouble downloading a file from my order history. Maybe the server hasn't registered your file area properly. Help desk should eventually get to you.
