trouble downloading trainz complete collection

i have had trouble downloading trainz complete collection on a dell inspiron 1420 the install page will come up but if u click on ultimate trainz collection a little page comes up and says 1045 and when u click ok it says error occured file execution failed elevation required and it says that also with trs 2004 but deluxe content works but when u hit download it it says on click, line 48, attempt to do arithmetic 'filesize2' (anil value) wat should i do the people at best buy said changing my computer from 64 bit to 32 bit would screw up my computer but the geek squad said it should help i dont know wat to do:'( :'( :'(

In regards to the Vista "error 1045" when trying to install the dvds from the Trainz Collection, open the disk in windows explorer, then right click on the setup.exe and click "run as administrator". This will then allow you to install all content on the DVD's, with no annoying error messages.

I have done what you said and it seemed to work, but now how do I get it to run? having trouble with that now. thanks.
