I am having trouble downloading anything from the Content Manager Plus. It immediately says there is an "unknown content error". Can anyone point me in the right direction as to correcting this problem?
In that case the poster ran a network diagnostic test that revealed that the problem was with his/her system. There are a few other posts that used this phrase (including one in the German Forum that I am unable to read).
No clear resolution was posted in any of these threads but the fact that the original posters have not persisted with posts on the problem indicates to me at least that perhaps they found a resolution.
A few of the suggestions other posters have made:
Try resetting your modem/router (switch off then on)
Try resetting your Auran logon and password details
Check your firewall settings (particularly those involving FTP)
