Trigger radius

What are the units used in the trigger radius. If it indicates 20 what does that mean. Is it in meters, feet, or some other unit?

The units are metres and the value you shown is actually the trigger circle diameter, not the radius. You don't mention what version you are using. From 2006 onward, junction trigger values are saved, 2004 forgets them once you exit the route.

I am using 2004 and 2009 so I guess I have both options going for me. The specific route I am referring to however I am using in 2009.

The ironic thing is that the ruler is in feet so one has to convert meters to feet to get the correct diameter of the trigger.

Just work on 1 foot = 0.3 (0.304) metres then round the final number up or down to the nearest whole number.
