Trigger and Paths commands

I see the Path and Trigger modules to use. I know where to place a trigger, but how to instruct in Schedule Library what to do when an asset passes a Trigger point. (At a Track Mark, I am able to use a Driver Command following a TM to do an action.)
I have seen Path, but am unsure how to place it in a Route/Session.
I have tried reading up but the KISS instruction seems to be missing I would be willing to correspond privately with with anyone who could provide screen-shots on how to program a session with these commands.

Hi

Can you tell me which version of Trainz and which of the path rules you are using please? There are two versions of the path rule, one by author brummfondel and the other by _mutton_. In TANE you also have the option of using enhanced interlocking towers and mission codes which are very good.

Regards

Brian

Thank-you for replying, I am using TANE, as far the PATH version, The version on my system is called Control Path Rule by atilbarut. Again, I build very basic cities, and create transit routes with many stops, some passenger enabled some just TM stops with a LOAD PASSENGER option following. I understand the concept, but donot know how to adapt the modules in the route/session. The other two options indicated just seem too complicated to use for my type of ops.

You could start by watching a few Tutorials. https://www.twitch.tv/trainz_simulator

One in particular is #8 - 'How to use "Triggers" in your Sessions'.

Good luck,
Roy

You might also look at the video tutorials on Interlocking Towers which seems to replace the need for the Path rule.
