Tricell Route & District Line from Upminster

Hi there,

I have recently downloaded these 2 routes from DLS.
As far as I can tell there were no errors during the download.
When I select any of the routes in surveyor it tell me the map is missing.
The only option is to reutrn to main menu.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this
