It is not clear on their website as to the status of this project? Does anyone here know more they can share on this subject?

Sorry for getting the distributor/publisher thing confused.

The article says it will be in the hands of "fine retailers" by Spring of 2009.

So far I haven't found a chain of stores that carries the title. Has anyone found this on the shelf in a store in North America?

No, I haven't seen it on the shelf of a major retailer, and only in the offerings of a handful of online retailers.
