I understand that the addon treez is now available, my credit card showes they have their money ,now how do I get my treez??.

I understand that you will be sent an email with the download details. I am still waiting for mine.

If you have not received an email then first check your junk/spam email to see if it has ended up there.

If not, then raise a ticket with the helpdesk and Zec will send you an email with the download link and product key.

Download link and Serial number will be in your order history, click on the order and its all there at the bottom. Mine came up about 2 minutes after ordering it, no need AFAIK to wait for the email.
