Transdem cuts off beginning and end of route

I am trying to model the old Toledo and Ohio Central RR. I have 1/3 arc data downloaded and in transdem. I have a route from Toledo to Bucyrus (about 65-70 mile route distance) When I export it to trainz it lopps off about 13 miles of route to the south and about 4 miles to the north.

I have tried increasing the baseboard radius and decreasing the baseboard radius. Am I missing something?
