Tram driver does not change ends - any advice?

Hi guys
I am working on a tram route with a single end to end track. (Seaton Tramway).
I am doing okay but, when I tested the route with my first tram, I noticed that the driver stays at the same end when returning as if he is in the back of the tram!
I just cant seem to hit on the formula to change the tram direction and have him move to the "new" front...
...I have tried various commands to "change direction" and even a couple of "run around" options but so far I am out of luck - Anyone know the secret?
Thanks Nij

You could try the drivercommand ReverseTram kuid:208816:99001, which turns the tram around (up to 2 traincars). For most of the locomotives (and trams) the driver doesn't change position when the direction is changed.

I recall a short length of track scripted to change the direction of a tram when one ran onto it. Can't remember the name but it was an 'ajs' asset for TRS 2004.

Thanks, Peter As I remember the tram sort of jumped round.

The only other solution o run trams round a loop (like the single ended Rotherham trams) or use a wye.

Some old-time Belgian trams carried their own turntable.

Well I built the whole of the former Glasgow Tramway system (stored on a pc - not uploaded yet!) and closed way back in 1962 The trackage is well into 3 figures and at each tram terminus in reality a tram would then be moved over points to the other track for the return. In Trainz I have the points in but for convenience especially with the driver only at one end I have put an invisible loop for convenience at every terminus. Above them I have put a sign indicating this.

An interesting suggestion.

Fortunately my current project - a Belgian diesel tram of the 1930s to 1950s - used a loop at each terminus.

Many thanks for the advice guys - You folks NEVER let me down!
I will do my best to try and put some into practice and see what happens... I will report back.
If all else fails, the idea to create an invisible loop seems like a winner..
Sorry for the late reply, I haven't had a chance to return to it since posting the original question.

UPDATE...................................

Thanks Guys!
The first suggestion of the ReverseTram command has done the trick.. I DL'd it and it works perfectly.
At the end of the line I can hold the tram at the trackmark use the reverse command and then presto, it is all set to return with the driver at the front.
Brilliant - thanks for help (again)
