trainzutil on command line

Does anyone know why trainzutil won't work on the command line from TRS2009 onwards? The command "trainzutil InstallCDP asset.cdp " always gives me "Cannot open asset.cdp for reading" whereas the identical command always installs the cdp file without complaint in TRS2006.

Should work as it's listed when you run trainzutil help, perhaps you need to be running trainzutil as administrator?

Perhaps try specifying the full path to the archive in question?

As well as running as administrator, you must also include the full path of the .CDP file.
