Trainz2011 Engineer's Edition Consist Problem

I am having trouble placing some of the consists that come with the game.
I am using Freight US1500t but cannot use either Freight 3000t or Freight US500t. I click on them in the pull-down menu as I would any other yet for some reason they do not show up like every other object and consist.

Could you please help?

I just finished experimenting with all three, and they all work, except for trying to add one to the other while already coupled to a locomotive. I can't imagine what is causing your problems.

Thanks its completely bizarre, in my opinion. Do either of the other two, incidentally, have rolling stock that completely covers the consist? as in there is no gap between boxcars where a box could be put?
