Not quite clear which screen you are in, no port no is usually needed?

From the opening TRS2010 menu choose "Content"
Content Manager 2 opens
from the "file" menu choose "settings" (or press Alt and F7)
choose "internet"
enter your "username" (UN)
enter your "password"
enter your "ID" (which should be found on your "Profile" on Planet Auran, mine is 45737 for example)
check "no proxy server"

then "Save"

Unless you purchase a "First Class Ticket" (FCT) downloading may be slow and intermittent, and FCT gives better access to the servers.

Have you registered at "Planet Auran"?
