I also have 04, as it is affectionately known, but as far as I know there is not much on the disc anyway for UK content.
So go to the download station and run a search for your needs. You will probably have to be 'inventive' with search words because some assets are not named in perhaps the best way.
What I would usually do is get a picture of wherever you want to model and then try to create it from existing assets, there are plenty available.
The only other option is either to ask if a content creator would make it for you by posting on the forum or learn 3-D graphics and make it yourself.
I chose the make-it-as-near-as-possible route, it is much quicker!
I had a similar problem when I build the Paddington-Reading section, my WCL1 which is on the DS, at various stations, particularly Reading. A very kind sould made that for me but I did Paddington and most of the others out of various assets, combining, sinking some down or elevating, you can only find this method out by experimentation.
It has always surprised me that our UK creators have not taken on the larger stations, the foreign creators seem to have made quite goods jobs of some of theirs, but a large building is a major project and would take a considerable time, so that's what it all comes down to, people's spare time.
