trainz utc scenario script error

Have got Trainz UTC with SP2 installed and my son is loving it so i downloaded Clear lake supply run and east01a using helper. i have checked everything is installed and it is showing up in my collection etc. However when i try and run the scenarios i get a script error message. i have downloaded proteus sidings and that works fine so can anyone help me please coz my 4 year old is gutted and i am out of ideas.(Both programs downloaded from auran .com)....also getting..."Unable to register trainz helper registry key" message but when i click ok it downloaded the 2 scenarios anyway.

You might want to try TrainzObjectz. It should help you find the problem. According to the web site it will probably work with UTC. I used an earlier version of it with UTC.

Sorry, guess i didnt make it clear during my waffle. Proteus works fine its the 2 programs from the download centre which dont work. I have discovered a script error msg in the error log file and i think that may be the problem but i cant fix it as even a reinstall does not remove the error msg. thanks for taking the time to reply though.

Are you sure that scenario is for UTC?

If so, post the full text of the error message and someone might be able to help.

Have a look for a jetlog file in the UTC program files folder tree. I'm not sure if UTC creates one though or what it might be called. If you find it, you should be able to open it with Notepad and it might give you a clue as to what's going wrong. It may be a large file so don't post it all here but if you think it might help just post the bit about the error if you find it. By the way, the jetlog file is cleared down and recreated every time you run Trainz.

Error loading Script support files. Please reinstall Trainz.
I have tried reinstalling several times with no joy and the link shown is broken so i cant get to the file. I think the files are UTC compatible as they come from the Auran download centre and i did a UTC only search to find them....there are 10 in total. i find it odd that the proteus yard files from trainzobjects works fine and these files dont. Thanks for taking the trouble to try and help.

TrainzObjectz is a program from the same web site as the Proteus layout you downloaded.
TrainzObjectz is designed to find problems such as you are experiencing with Clear Lake Supply Run and east01a.
I've used it many times to find problems with downloads. I highly recommend it.

OK, i understand now, sorry i thought trainz objects was the website not a utility.....i feel suitably daft now. Thanks 4 putting me straight.
