Trainz Store Login Problems

Hello all,

I've been away from Trainz for a while, so when I came back I updated some account information. Ever since I did so, my login details will work for MyTrainz and the forum, however, when I go to log in to the Trainz store, it loops me back to the log-in screen, and does not log me in.

After a few attempts to log in, I started getting the "I'm not a robot" verification process. Even after verifying, the same thing happens.

Has this problem happened to anyone else, and if so, do you know of a solution?

Welcome back...

The issue maybe your password if it contains symbols, the non-alphanumeric stuff like =,#,-, etc. or spaces , This means you'll have to change it in both places, plus your Trainz logins as well. I found this out the hard way myself a awhile ago.

Hello,

I tried resetting my password through the Trainz store; however the problem still persists with the new password. When I put in my old password, the message "Invalid username or password" appears, which does not happen when I put in the current password; it just wont let me log in. I appreciate the help, though!

Yes... You need to update your Planet Auran password too, sorry MyTrainz now, with the same password.

If this doesn't help, contact the helpdesk and they can straight things out for you.
