Trainz Steam Locomotive Request

I need to know if anyone has seen or can make this PRR Baldwin 2-10-0 class l1sa with the headlight on top and its matching tender for Trainz 2006? I live about 30min from one of the only surviving 2-10-0's left in existence and just happens to be the very same one shown in the picture. As soon as I saw it in person I knew I had to find it on Trainz. If you need more information about it feel free to ask.

NYS&W J-2 2-10-0 2461 and the tender NYS&W J-2 2-10-0 2461 tender look like the closest match, shouldn't be too hard to reskin for Pennsy.

but I don't know the reskin process and I also wanted the same number "4483".

I've had Trainz for a few weeks, and have uploaded 14 engines and three cabviews after reading that tutorial. As for the decapod, you may want to wait because it's missing dependencies, what else is new. :'(

Thanks for the information but I'm looking for a closer match than the NYC&W. If you notice the one I'm looking for has two large cylinders on the front and it looks really different from the NYC&W.
