Trainz serial number registration issue

Sorry if I have posted this to the wrong area, but I am having an Planet Auran-related issue. I remember registering my serial number for Trainz 2010 quite some time ago, but it never did seem to "take," that is it doesn't show up as being registered in my account. However, whenever I try again to register, it keeps telling me it has already been registered. Yet I cannot access the download station and it is not showing up as being registered.

I have two accounts that I know of... and it doesn't show up under either of them. In fact I remember that when i tried to register it the first time, it gave no errors, and acted as if it had been registered, but would not show up under registered serial numbers. And still does not. Yet it keeps telling me the number has been registered. I have put in a ticket to the helpdesk
