Trainz running very slow, lots of lag

I installed Trainz 2012 yesterday and the game play is very, very slow and laggy. I turned the graphics down to low with little improvement.

Welcome to the forums, As with every other thread like this, we need the specs of your computer. Also I dont think to many people will be too keen to help you until you register with auran. (Click the serial number tab below the ad)

EndItAll

There used to be, and maybe still is, a program called EndItAll that I used when running 2004, so it is quite old. What it did was to shut down all background programs and give you more ooomph.
