Any of those folks around or is the site defunct? Are they even monitoring their site? The reason the questions are presented is the absolute difficulty I am having logging in. I've subscribed to this post/thread for responses should you all have comment.

Same here. I think robin_hoods manages the site now. Perhaps send him a PM.

The forums aren't particularly active over there. As has been said, Robin_Hoods is running things over there now. He posts TS04 versions of Dave Snow's stuff over there and Ben Dorsey makes his bridges and structures available in TS04 versions as well. There is a pretty steady stream of stuff uploaded over there.

Do you mean the forum, or, the TPR download area, as you need to have a separate account for both, as they are on different servers.

Both sites work perfectly well, as I've just this minute checked them.

Works from Canada. Sometimes your bit of the Internet can't reach another bit for one reason or another. TPR download area is fairly stable at least compared to N3V' s wiki.

Since this thread is open I'll ask here, robin. I just tried downloading the gumbytrain TS12 loco pack and winzip can't seem to open the file. It keeps telling me it isn't a valid .rar file.

Sorry to butt in here, Boc.

Try 7Zip to open RARs. WinZip only handles Zip files.

Hope this helps.

I can confirm it is in fact a Rar file while it says and looks like its a Winzip .
I could not unzip it with Winzip but I could extract it with Winrar so thats the way to go or use 7zip

WinZip opens rar's. I've done so many times.

I seem to recall there are different methods of compression in rar files, winzip may not handle the particular one used in this file. I happen to like 7-zip its free from www.7-zip.org and handles most different compression types. You might like to redownload the file and check the file length if its different you may have a corrupted file, if not use a different tool to try to decompress it.
