Hi
I was just checking through the errors that RegistryBooster 2010 picked up.
I was just searching through when I found
Entry: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-854245398-1383384898-725345543-1003\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\trainzcmp\trainzcmp_Download_Complete\.Current
Value name:
Value: C:\Program Files\Auran\TC\Bin\cmpdata\Sounds\Download Complete.wav
Reason: The key under key HKEY_USERS/S-1-5-21-854245398-1383384898-725345543-1003/AppEvents/Schemes/Apps/trainzcmp/trainzcmp_Download_Complete/.Current contains an invalid path C:\Program Files\Auran\TC\Bin\cmpdata\Sounds\Download Complete.wav
inside the error message.
But then when I read it, I looked up the directory for C:\Program Files\Auran\TC, when I found the entire auran directory missing I thought "Hang on, didn't I install TC3 on the D drive and not the C drive?
So the correct directory would be D:\Program Files\Auran\TC".
So, I looked up the D:\Program Files\Auran\TC directory and found the files for the sounds were all included, just weren't being played on the CMP for some reason.
So, I thought "Since TC3 was installed on D:\Program Files\Auran\TC. then that would make "HKEY_USERS/S-1-5-21-854245398-1383384898-725345543-1003/AppEvents/Schemes/Apps/trainzcmp/trainzcmp_Download_Complete/.Current" look in the wrong folder."
Can anybody tell me what went wrong?
I presume that I have to go into HKEY_USERS/S-1-5-21-854245398-1383384898-725345543-1003/AppEvents/Schemes/Apps/trainzcmp/trainzcmp_Download_Complete/ and change the directory in there so it plays the sounds.
Literally, the last time I herd those sounds was TRS 2006 which was installed on the C drive, the D drive didn't exist back then.
Is this the right place to put this post? Or should I put it directly into auran helpdesk?
General information
I have windows XP service pack 3
The scan was done with RegistryBooster Version 4.7.1.1 the date was done 2010-06-06 done at 07:51:18
