Trainz not starting I have TS12,

When I try to start TS12 it gives me the start page. However when I hit "start" it gives me a little flag in the upper left corner
that says trainz and then sits there and does nothing. I tried leaving it run for three hours but it just sits there. If I hit 'content' it will take me to the download page and I can access it and download, but if I try to start the game from there I get the same lockup. Has anyone else experienced this? If so is there a way out of this any help would be appreciated,Thank you.

G'day,

Go to Settings on the Launcher and make sure the display settings are correct. Make especially sure that the screen resolution, aspect ratio and rendering method (DirectX or OpenGL) are at their proper values.

Then try to start the game again.

Another thing to check is to make sure the Full Screen box is ticked under Options > Display Options.

As above, I had this the other day and found that somehow (I don't know how) the graphics settings had reset to default. Correcting the display resolution put it right.

Thank you all, I tried everything and I am back to playing again. I must admit I have no idea why it scrambled like that. I closed it normally and the next day it was messed up. Bless you all for your help. Dusty.
