Trainz models being used in game not endorsed by N3V?

After watching a Vinesauce stream of this game, I happened to notice the Trainz PB15, tender, AND SAR coach being used in this game named "Bridge It +". After looking on the Steam store page, nothing indicated that this game was associated with or funded by N3V. Nothing wrong with it, but I thought this was an interesting oddity and wanted to see what the community thought of this.

As I posted, the original game, Bridge It, was developed by Auran for NVidia so it would be NVidia who would own the copyright. They have probably onsold (or licensed) it to Libredia Entertainment and/or Chronic Logic to develop the original concept and market it as Bridge It +.

I note that the new version, unlike the old one, does not need an NVidia graphics card to work.

My theory.
