trainz has encountered a problem and needs to close

I get this massage every time I hit F-7 or click on the rolling stock fly-out. No matter what route or session I am tring to editing,all the other fly-outs work fine
I started having this problem after I added some Industries in route editing layer. I should had removed the rolling stock that I had installed on the session layer before I worked in the route layer? When I go to the session layer I see some re-railed cars on the tracks when I go to remove them that when I fine that when I click on F-7 fly-out when trainz has to close.

Have you added an new content recently?

This could be a bad script or corrupted texture causing this in a piece of rolling stock.

I have added some new rolling stock but don't remember what so like commotey I have to delete a few and see if that fixes it if not delete more.
