Trainz + Gold on steam and no FCT

Hello, I purchased Trainz + Gold on steam store and signed up for myTrainzAccount, but I don't have a first-class ticket.

My myTrainz account says I don't have a subscription. How can I fix this? I paid for this service, but I don't have it.


I'm currently downloading at a few kb/sec and it will take me several days to get an itinerary even though I paid for it to go faster.
 
The forum is not monitored by N3V staff on a regular schedule. Any issue related to purchases should, as Peter said in the other thread, be send to the Helpdesk through the Support link in the menu. They will straighten it out pretty quickly.
