Trainz Freeware GP30

Sorry for resurrecting this but the USLW Reading GP30's have a few errors in Trainz 2019. Apparently certain tags are no longer allowed in newer versions of Trainz so the entire asset becomes unusable until you fix the errors by editing the config. I deleted the four offending tags and now it works.
