Trainz First Class Ticket Problem

About a month ago I purchased a 1 year fct. Every time I click download off the download station, it never brings cmp up. When I go into cmp and try to download from there I always get the same message: "Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later..." My fct has never worked since the day I bought it. I am also running TS2009 on Steam. Does anybody know what I can do to get it working?

Have you made sure you have activated it?

Try the following:

Changing your Planet Auran password (you can reenter the same one)

Clearing your Download Helper list

Doing a database repair (only if the first 2 fail)
