Trainz Database Repair getting stuck

For some reason, whenever I try to do a database repair for TRS19, it gets stuck while doing it. This is not supposed to happen, THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! The database repair is supposed to continue, not get stuck! Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

EDIT: this mostly happens with "Skipping validation as asset is locally obsolete."

I agree that it shouldn't do that but it may very well be busy doing something that's not apparent.

I'm running a DBR right now and the progress bar appears to be frozen, but the disk is busy as the content is being checked then it will move a bit and freeze again.
