Trainz contant manager

Hi I have a problem that I hope I can get some help with. I have installed on my computer Trainz TC3 & Trainz 2010, I went to download an item to tc3 and got the 2010 content manager up, can anybody help, how do I get the TC3 contant manager up when I want to download an item from download station to TC3. Hope somebody can help. Thank you.

Open TC3's content manager up before you start to download.

I save the CDP file to my Hard Drive, open the appropriate CM and import.
