Hi guys, Trainz Classics 3, a New game! A new version of the game being hawked on e-bay, available at £30 plus anything they can think of! Via Australia. Sounds like a rip-off to me! Please tell me, what you think! I think they have taken the birthrights of many, the creators and authors of steam railways and completely trashed it into some Aussie BBQ!

Trainz Classics 3 is usually known as TC3 web site here: http://www.trainzclassics.co.uk/

The updated version is S&C or Settle and Carlisle available from N3V for $20 for the downloadable version but it does go on sale from time to time. It will merge with your TS2009 but TS2010 is on sale today for $10 so go with that and get speedtrees.

Hi John, I have S&C already, I admire your work, but why has our own railway network for the past 200 years, is now just a vision or memory, controlled by foreign hands, "what happened!" The big bucks I guess, just like our football teams! Taken over and told what to do! Tried your link! told "Webpage not available"! It's like the opening lyrics to the Sex Pistols song, pretty vacant! there is no point in asking, cos you will get no reply!

Try the link again but if you have S&C then don't bother. TS2010 might be worth getting it's sort of TS2009 with fewer undocumented system features.

UK railways interesting question I'm under the impression that it costs the government more than it did when it was British Rail. I think fares are 20% higher because of all the additional "competition" and the bit that the private sector walked away from is now running under direct government control requires less subsidy than the privatised bits. Don't you love government and competition? I left when Maggie cut my job many years ago.

Here in Canada the airlines won't let VIA rail use the same pricing strategies that they do. Air Canada has stopped Emirates airline from increasing the number of flights to Dubai and on to India on A380s, apparently Air Canada thinks people should pay more and fly by Frankfurt in slower smaller less comfortable aircraft.

You did the right thing John! left when the wicked witch went to work! My Uncle trod that path 20 years before and ended up being a Mountie in Saskatchewan, then cashed his chips in again to become a US citizen in Tacoma. I served in Suffield, near Medicine Hat for several weeks as most British tank crews did! Canada was the only Country on the planet where we could fire a certain type of ammunition!
