How do you know the Trainz Build #. Not the 5 digit one on the launcher. The x.xx in the config.txt file. That's what you need to change to upgrade/downgrade some assets to 2010, right? Or did I miss something again?
Not sure what you are asking here. The Trainz Build number is usually stated in the Config file of each asset. The link below is a listing of all trainz build numbers and the trainz version they apply to.
To change the build number of a item go into content manager and click edit on the item then click on edit config I beleive and then scoll in side the notepad untill you see the build number change it to what you want and then save it comit it.
What you want to do is most easily accomplished by editing the asset with CCP. It updates other aspects of the config file along with the TRAINZ build number.
There are no build number errors in DLS content, if there were it would have gotten fixed at upload and approval. There are 'unsupported' build numbers in TS12, but that's a warning not an error and has no effect at the user level. I see you only have TS10 registered, the only build-number issue there is too high a build and simply editing the build number in the config probably won't fix the issue - it's designed that way. If you want to use the latest content you gotta get the latest version of the sim...
