Trainz build out of date

What patches must be downloaded when theres a message that says,Your Trainz build is out of date,I own the Trainz 2010.Maybe this is the cause of my problems?

That will not affect it - what build is showing on your Launcher screen?

Build 42203,Shane thanks for the help,But how would I know whether or not my trainz is running as an administrator,I have windows 7 home basic.Have tried downloading the patch it just tells me its not compatible with my version.

It's quicker to use the autopatch if it's working correctly - click Options on the Launcher, then Planet Auran, then Patch Trainz.

As for the run as administrator, you should be getting a Yes/No box when launching the game if it's running as administrator.
